No returns are allowed on any items, except for if flaws in workmanship are found (as long as the hang-tag has not been removed).
In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchased, we will exchange any item (other than FINAL SALE) that is unworn and has the hang-tag intact. Please contact us at info@backroom.luxury to approve an exchange. We reserve the right to deny exchange to the sender without prior exchange approval. Only unworn items will be accepted for exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.
To exchange your item, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your exchanged itemed.
Any item exchanged must be in its original condition, and all tags need to be intact. Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchenge will be processed and we will ship your exchange. If the item is no longer in stock, we will process a refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow for up to 14 days for the refund to show on your statement.
